LOCAL WEATHER NOW AND FORECAST FOR TODAY
==============================
http://www.netweather.tv precipitation display
the weather pattern out of the Atlantic is now beginning to makes itself felt. We have had some overnight rain and a shower only 30 mins ago. The blobs coming at us on the current display will no doubt be with us during the morning at least

just about scraping double figures and the predicted warmer Temps don't seem to be materialising. just yet. The wind is light just now but its meant to get a little stronger as the day goes on
The weathercam has a lot of cloud around and some of it will be bringing rain with it during the course of the day

Local forecast for today: The Met O forecast is for a light shower day with the %age getting smaller as the day goes on. Metcheck on the other hand have the rain probability high right now until 09:00 then dropping to 10% around lunchtime then slowly rising to 13% by 21:00. My idea is that it will be a breezy day with showers - - -

I wrestled yesterday to get an old wifi router to act as a wifi bridge in order that i could use it up the garden. I followed numerous online guides and even resorted to "if all else fails read the instructions" all to no avail. In the end with a trip to the pub looming i resigned myself to it not being possible. To compound the frustration the pc in my man cave is also acting up by not connecting to our wifi network after oddly connecting to one down the road automatically! - - hey ho computers!

We watched the final race of the 2016 world cycling championships in Doha yesterday. The race across the featureless landscape was anything but interesting until the belgian team split the peloton into many groups. the final dash for the line was a victory for Peter Sagan with Cavendish a grumpy second and Tom Boonen a grumpier third - - - here's hoping the championships in Norway next year and the Tirol the following are on more interesting courses - - -
