April 1st today? no that was long ago!  The Express headline must be a joke, maybe not.  It makes me wonder if Ms Merkel is on the side of the Brexit campaign - - - I can't find the banner headline about the "heatwave in the Express but here's the guardian's take on it hotter than Ibiza this weekend they say! - - -

Clubcards or loyalty cards are they worth it? apparently not as shops/outlets scale back the rewards for using them

WEATHER TODAY

Its just the far North of Scotland that is getting the rain this morning there seems little chance of us getting any today

 There's a frost this morning but I'm sure it will disappear quite quickly

the weathercam once again shows a clear sky.  The forecast is indicating a max Temp of  14c today and little chance of any rain

After clearing out the filters in the pond and working on the book in the morning i decided to do a little logging in the afternoon

 I'm still clearing the pole like hawthorns on top of the little knoll but not many are left now

I'll be moving on to these 2 next and iu think they will keep me busy for a while

 I tidied up the bottom end of my stash and hammered in the metal piece of fence which denotes the boundary

It was quite warm and I even managed to get hot enough to take off my jacket! when the clouds covered the sun the breeze did make it feel a little chilly.
