The express has a headline close to my heart as it is scandalous how much hospitals charge to park. If i visit Chesterfield hospital i usually go by vehicle and will park nearly a mile away sometimes to avoid paying! I think the banner headline is funny though about "is your winter cold a warning that your'e allergic to Christmas"

quite warm at 12.5c this morning but its going to feel colder out in the wind especially when we get the rain

The debilitating bout of man flu was at its height yesterday around Lunchtime and the Aldi "Max strength cold and flu" sachets were being mixed and consumed regularly! Around 15:00 just as i was finishing my efforts on the book i had a sneezing series of about 6 or 7 sneezes and within 5 minutes the man flu was subsiding!!!!! Still a little sniffly now I intend to walk the White Edge again to our Lunch at The Grouse unless its pouring with rain - - -
