This should soon thin away from the highest summits during the morning, with cloud lifting and breaking to give some spells of hazy sunshine, and a much improved day for activities on the hills, although with temperatures lower than of late.

Visibility: Moderate to good, becoming very good or excellent. Very poor in hill fog.
Hill Fog: Locally broken or blanket near 400m to start the day, mainly in the west, becoming well broken or broken around 600m.

The story broke ages ago that the advice we have all been getting for years may not be true and that saturated fat foods should be avoided is apparently now bunkum - - - In this never ending stream of rhetoric about what is good and what is not good I have a saying that has to be true.
