Still nothing of significance on the rain radar today except for the bit heading up the Scottish coast. When's the winter weather coming?
With a Temp of 3.1 which might drop a little further before it is fully light its looking like we might get a half decent day, pity we'll be inside for most of it.

Met O It will be a dry day with increasing amounts of sunshine developing. Cold with some frozen ground possible, mainly at higher levels. Ragged patches of hill fog are also possible during the morning.
Visibility: Generally good to very good, though poor to very poor in any ragged patches of hill fog at first.
Hill Fog: Ragged patches at 200m during the morning, but soon clearing.
Max wind above 400m: Easterly 25 to 30mph with gusts 35 to 40mph.
Temperatures.
Valleys:Minus 1 Celsius becoming Plus 6 Celsius.
600m: Minus 1 Celsius.
Freezing level:Around 500m.

The full shift at my ATA was a bit of a trial in the morning session mainly due to feeling tired just before lunch. After a few sandwiches, tea and a chocolate boost i was up for the afternoon session. It passed without incident but i was glad to put my feet up once i had had dinner. Today we are on the bathroom project with a vengeance!

The main headline has its point in that bishops from Syria and Iraq invited to UK by Prince Charles have been refused access to the country while, what the paper calls hate preachers are let in. - - -
This article from the BBC claims that the credit card is on its way out. In 50 years time you will just do your shopping and walk out of the store many do it today! Apparently the technology will be so far advanced it will "sense your presence" in the store and invisibly take the payment from your account. Mmmmmmm
