The Met O has a heavy rain day with a band of rain moving up from the south with snow on its leading edge for a while. Top Temp 7 with a max wind of 5mph, not a pleasant day!
Yahoo weather has much of the same with a Top Temp of 6 and winds at 11 to 20.

Much of yesterday was spent promoting the book sending out e mails to my ex military contacts and i even trawled my address book to spread the news. This got a response from one of my ex Remploy colleagues who had no idea i had such a past!
Off to the Lake District today where the weather is fine at the moment but the cloud is set to increase and the evening and night are set for heavy snow!
