LOCAL WEATHER NOW AND FORECAST FOR TODAY
==============================
The projections for that large band of rain indicate it might be with us locally around 11:00
 Its a cold morning again with a keen NNW breeze.  An ideal day to get stuck into the bathroom project !
Stars are still visible in the dawn sky just now.  The breeze is moving the "seaweed" just a little right now
update 07:00 The light is just about fully up now and the clear sky still persists, not for long i fear.  The breezy conditions are evident looking at the "seaweed" blowing around.
the sun is just reaching the valley now (07:30) and its highlighting the Autumn colours on the trees beautifully

This photo of a road cam in Finland shows they have the annual Christmas tree up on the roundabout and the snow is starting to look a little more permanent on the surrounding ground

 Today's local forecast
The Peak District Met O forecast is a great bundle of information this morning.  Once we approach 09:00 it says there could be "slushy deposits" on the higher ground and this is an 80% probability.  Around 12:00 a thundery showery period could be with us accompanied by lightning,  by 15:00 this will turn to a heavy showery period.  All this is backed up by a strong Northerly wind of 40 - 45 mph by evening time. The Max Temp will be around 7c  - - - quite a collection !   Yahoo has a more optimistic outlook with a 35% probability of scattered showers this afternoon.  Winds will be 11 to 17mph with a max Temp of 5.6.

Once again my full day at the ATA was uneventful except for me forgetting my locker key.  A more robust regime now has spares for every locker so no panic as the admin staff came to the rescue.  I realised where the key was through the morning and picked it up at lunchtime, returning the spare later.
Driving home the sky was full of fireworks and the resounding explosions went on late into the night.  (there's an online petition going to ban the sale of them  )
Today once we take our last shower in the old bath its full steam ahead to rip it out and get on with the project = = =

With bonfire night over the banners have a Christmas theme already.  A gift guide one side and a sharpie pen set on the other
 The main story thank goodness is allegedly from TM the PM who is adamant that MP's will not de-rail her Brexit agenda
The Mail on the other hand has a Giant Bird Poster across its banner and the latest in the woes of Mr Trumps attempts to become President - - -
