LOCAL WEATHER NOW AND FORECAST FOR TODAY

Lots of little blobs of rain this morning and some variation in which way they will be moving on the animated view. It must be because the low pressure driving the weather is being affected by another low nearby
as can be seen in this Met O pressure display
The rain yesterday and into last night had an effect of making it a little warmer than the 2 frosty mornings we have just had. So here we are with a wet start to the day and a Temp nudging 7c just now.
The weathercam is looking right into the light rain falling at the moment. I think it might see a little more before its dark again!

Local forecast for today
The Met O forecast for the day alternates between heavy and light shower periods of rain right through until 21:00 with a max Temp of 8c. The average precipitation %age is 50 for the whole period so those blobs of rain on the display above look like they will be a feature the whole day.
Yahoo weather looks at a max Temp of 7.2c and a 70% chance of rain through the day. They also predict an overnight low of 1.7c.

Another short shift at the ATA brought no new challenges and I just have one full shift to go before its full steam ahead with the bathroom project. Before my shift which was a late afternoon one i managed to get the battens up on the wall around the window to make it vertical and leave a space for the pipes. I'll need to do the same with the wall that the shower is going to be fixed to which will be one of the first jobs once the bath is out the way on Sunday.
Today its a final raid on Screwfix and B&Q for hopefully the final time.

The whole of the front page in the Express is devoted to the revelation that 3 judges rule MP's must get a brexit vote. It seems ridiculous that the people were given a vote and now it might be ignored ? - - - If brexit is reversed i might never vote again, whats the point!
