having managed to get a couple of correctly fitting pipes for my new filter box it now doesn't leak except back into the pond!
i was so pleased with the sound of the water going back into the pond i even changed the old filter return so it made a noise as well. I noticed that blanket weed is already growing in the pond so i introduced another net of Barley Straw in the hope of stopping further growth

There's talk of todays weather being fine and it is sunny right now but this splodge of cloud is heading right for us unless that little gap opens up and we sneak through
the morning started with a heavy frost and its still there in the shade right now
