Tell me the old old story & Windows OS woe's for me

A resounding chorus of "Tell me the old old story" should be free with each copy of the Express this morning as its front page tells us that a Mediterranean diet is good for you and will extend your life - - -
==============================
here's an impressive short video of a dust storm advancing on Pheonix Arizona the Sky Story go's on to say 4500 homes were left without electricity as a result of lightening in the dust storm

 my early morning walk the other day shows the sheep enjoying the early morning sunshine by the wall as the trees at the bottom of the field really get into Autumn colour mode
 similar colours looking across to the other side of the valley
 a view over the new pond in the direction of Bakewell
 This collection of honey fungus on this pine tree extends right up the trunk and has definitely killed the thing
 still some dew on the golf course
 and gathering clouds as i descend the hill to the river
 the Autumn colours wont be around much longer
 and the river path is getting covered in the fallen leaves
one last look across the river then home

My new IP camera replacement for the Boriscam was "delivered" yesterday or so the e mail said that greeted us after delivering a load of wood to Sally's Sister.  A search of the porch revealed nothing and looking outside brought up a similar blank.
Phoning Amazon produced a request to wait until the end of the day because the parcel might have been recorded as delivered when it wasn't.
All became clear when a neighbour from 80 metres away brought the parcel and indicated it had been left in her wheelie bin!
My instruction was to leave the parcel in the porch and the house it was left at doesn't even have a porch.  I fired off an e mail and received a long winded reply with a promise that it wouldn't happen again! - - -

Windows 10 is undoubtedly the way to go but not for my Toshiba machine.  I have had to "poke it" too many times so purely on a whim i decided to go back to Windows 7 OS.  Having had 10 for over a month it has destroyed all my 7 files so i pulled out my old 7 image file and tried to load that - - - it failed.  I now find myself with no Windows OS and a problem of how to get it all going again - - - hey ho
==============================
 very warm this morning at 11.3c
the weathercam looks promising and the forecasters are in an optimistic frame of mind indicating that we might not have too bad a day
===========================
Enjoy the day
