Another sign of the advancing years came in the mail yesterday in a plain brown wrapper looking like something from the DVLA.  Sure enough it was but not for car tax, i have been invited to reapply for my driving licence which runs out on the 8th of January next year, due to my age! hey ho - - -

The return to my "Alternative Activity" passed off without incident yesterday and with only some discomfort to my still recovering fingers - - -
