Cold weather and snow coming soon! & LM has a bird night then shares his food with Jumping Jack Flash

This impressive map comes from an Express story  With a headline beginning "Britain braces for -10c Arctic Blast, about how bad the weather is going to get by Sunday.  Normally the Express is a little over the top on its stories about anything but this one is backed up by comments from  The Met O, The weather Channel, The Weather Network and Exacta weather   a new one on me?
Anyway we should all expect it to get cold Friday with the Arctic cold air sweeping the UK bringing the possibility of snow to "anywhere in the country in the coming days"
====================================
Just had a look at this Exacta Weather "subscribe page" read the text below - - - i think it needs a little work on it?  As with other weather services a lot of the content isn't free - - -

LM has a busy night bringing in 3 birds at various times and devouring them, i have swept up the grizzly bits but its going to be a chase round with the hoover to catch all the feathers.
I'm not sure if this video will work when i publish the blog but the front pic says it all.  LM (head emerging form flap)was going to exit the catflap and the big furry cat is racing down the steps having heard the catch on the electronic door flick up.  LM then retreats inside and the furry thing races in before the flap returns to the locked side of the mechanism.  It finished off his food and had a bean feast with his biscuits!.  Furry thing will now b known as "Jumping jack flash"
==============================
 normally by now the garden would be cleared for winter but with the mild weather we have left it
  the nasturtiums are really on their last legs and maybe when the cold weather arrives on Friday would be a good time to get rid before the possibility of snow covering them over the weekend
  this rogue tomato, it grew from a previous years fallen fruit, is finally managing to ripen its fruit to a tasty level.  Hopefully it will survive the cold snap
  out walking yesterday the river looked to be higher than it was the other day
 the root crop looks almost at its maximum
 the work on the cycle path on the other side of the railway line doesnt look as if its progressed much but the bloke in the hi vis was walking down the line with a machine running along the line.  On top of the machine was an open laptop which was scanning the line for defects

the hillside looks like its closed down on the colours for the winter
the river level is accentuated here because this little inlet covers the riverside track

a view up to the Nine Ladies hill has very few leaves left on the trees, no doubt the recent wind and rain has been stripping the trees
==================================================
 another mild Temp to start the day - - - soon to change!
the sky was clear and starry much earlier but the cloud is building now. There's a risk of rain until noon then forecasters are indicating we might get some sunshine
===========================
Enjoy the day
