more cold weather on the way & bird watch complete

The headline on the Express front page today does have a bit of fact behind it
with a number of sources picking the bones out of the Met O warning of cold temps and snow later in the week - - -

The Sky News story falls in line with most of the others in pinning their text around Wednesday being the day when the cold and wintry weather will make its presence known - - -

it feels quite warm out with the stats indicating a Temp of 7.5c just now.

its still too dark to see the weathercam view but forecasters are indicating a blustery showery day - - - looks like they might be correct - - -

We completed our RSPB Big Winter Birdwatch yesterday afternoon and saw the usual suspects in and around the garden although the resident Woodpecker and Nuthatch decided it wasn't a day for them - - -

Down at the Fun Factory (Matlock Sainsbugs) the new report method of highlighting what is to be reduced comes into force today.  My interest is such that i will probably wander down and have a look at the result - - -

Just waiting for the light to come up now as I have a date with Nine Ladies in my quest to get fit for a challenge later in the year - - - -
