Abandoned dog with a suitcase! & first new shift time day!

The dog in the pic was abandoned at Ayr railway station  with its belongings in a suitcase! - - - It had a chip but that only lead to the original owners who sold the dog in 2013.  - - - why do people have animals and then not look after them - - -

I knew there was a point to "Twitter" - - - This bloke go's to the toilet in a Virgin train and finds out there's No Paper!  what does he do? he "tweets" Virgin Trains and tells them of his predicament - - - eventually he is rewarded when an "official" brings him the toilet roll to "finish the job" ! - - -

Down at the Fun Factory (Sainsbugs Matlock) it was my first day at the new shift times 08:00 - 17:00 it turned out not to be such a drag as i thought it might be - - -
I have a couple of days off Sunday and Monday and thought i had better just check on the roster, Ooooops! no sign of my days off! after some questioning in HR it turns out that my request is in the paper file but it had not been transferred to the system! This was corrected by HR but it will take some fancy footwork by the Team leader colleague, "lets call him Dave" to get someone in for Sunday Monday! - - -

Not bad stats although the gale force winds are still being forecast for the weekend!
