Closer to home
Its time to pick the grapes from the vine on the lower greenhouse but this year we are going to try and make some wine with them - - - could be interesting.
We've always had problems with an old Toshiba laptop that Sally used to use. It would crash and always signal that the graphics driver was the culprit. Its a known problem with the A500 as the online forums indicate but Toshiba don't want or seem to care to fix it. ~I tried all kinds of things to fix it but eventually tried to force a windows XP OS onto it in desperation. Lots of "Blue screens of death" later but still running on Win 7 it now sits there running a webcam and webserver plus an FTP server not having crashed for 6 days???? - - - its a result but i'm not sure what i fixed? - - -
Down at the fun factory i encountered the rudest customer of my tenure yesterday. She was insisting that she wanted Boosn and that she had had it from the store many times. Giving up angrily with me she tried another colleague who eventually took her to Customer Services to search for the "Boosn" on the computer. No luck! and incandescent with "our" incompetence" she finally found her Boosn and left the store vowing never to return - - - result!!
What was it she really wanted? - - - - see pic below
I suppose if you change the 2 letter L's into S's you might get to "Boosn" in pronunciation - - - the customer is never wrong just ignorant in this case! - - -
Enjoy the day
