April fools day? & we have a frog as well as a cat

If only this "were" an April Fool, the windy weather features as well but it looks like it might ease a little by Saturday - - -

Election run up time  once again gives us some amusing stories and i think this one should go down as the first "FAIL".   A 3 minute vid of the bloke (on the Telly) who is Sherlock Holmes's sidekick succeeds in wooing the public to vote Labour but this guy it turns out has a string of reasons not to - - - oh dear - - -


Inserting the pics into a section of the book is going fine although i did manage to lose about 3 hours work yesterday because word decided to have a hissy fit.  Learned a valuable lesson about pressing the "Save" button !

Just walking to the front window to watch the "wind and hail" yesterday i spotted this little critter on the floor!!! he had rather dusty feet so looked like he had been "with us" at least a couple of days.  Not moving while i picked him up he hopped off quickly once i put him outside - - -

 In between the bouts of wet weather yesterday i took this pic of our Peach in the lower greenhouse - - -

The garden's looking a little battered but most things will survive the storm because the wind is hitting the fence first - - - 

Finland is getting some serious Snow! this is the second day the road has not been visible - - -

the weathercam doesn't really show how much cloud is around just now we look to be in for a shower! - - -

just caught one of the squirrels looking for breakfast
