Sun health alert & Work scale down!

The express is back on their  "its bad for you" trip today warning us about the dangers of sitting in the sun too long, and rightly so!  One of the banner headlines has a familiar ring to it about the French Air Strike meaning airport rather than jets strike! - - - good news for younger folk in the other banner about mortgage rates falling though - - -

In chatting to Sally the other day i decided i would like to scale down my work commitment by a couple of days!  The powers that be at work agreed so when the next 4 week period begins i will only be on 4 days per fortnight.  I'm angling for a job at the shop petrol filling station so if that comes up will consider going back on 6 days a fortnight - - -

The pond is already starting to fill with the growing algae and weed especially on the frog spawn so its a pond cleaning session for me this afternoon methinks.  I will also be changing round the bird feeders which will have a completely different view.  The idea is to stop the seed being scattered by the birds when they drop them form landing on the garden where we have just planted a Mallow - - -

 cool stats at the moment, no frost once again which is good for all the young things growing in the garden 

there's quite a bit of scattered high cloud about which cant be seen on the weathercam pic but the forecasts are looking towards another warm sunny day
