Snow Alert in the next few days & Cloudy chilly this morning

The Express has warning that there is a Snow Alert -10 degrees C and 3 inches of snow, cold air "spilling in" from the Arctic is blamed for this alert.  The outcome for the next few days is reported to be much colder than of late but changing wind directions might not make the "alert" as severe as the story at first suggest .

In the end yesterday it didn't rain in fact it was quite sunny at times but the wind made it feel a tad on the chilly side.  Today looks as if it might be the same but the chance of a little rain is still with us.

TODAYS WEATHER
The rain over in Wales in this current Netweather display might just miss us, at the little red spot due to the wind blowing it in a South Westerly direction
quite cold again this morning but no frost, once again the breeze will make it feel much colder
the weathercam has a cloudy aspect and LM came in some time ago with a bit of rain on his fur but there's none about just now.  Today will be cloudy but with chance of a bit of sun around midday, no rain is forecast for our area.
