Brexit looks good & Instant Op for me yesterday

having completed the online vote in the Express yesterday the results are out  and its an emphatic 92% in favour of leaving, no surprise there then after the antics of the Eurobuffoons lately.  Probably more of a surprise is the banner headline indicating Matt LeBlanc is to be a co presenter on the new Top Gear - - -

 Drones especially ones dubbed "rogue drones" have been reported as a problem in various news media.  The Dutch have come up with a novel way of dealing with them This article is titles "Rogue Drones? Unleash the Eagles - - - Mmmmmm - - -

The visit to Derby hospital was an unqualified success with an on the spot "Op" done by my usual surgeons stand in.  I had seen him tagging along before and he knew my history.  I imagined the usual 3 month waiting list for an invasive Op and didnt really relish the 6 weeks convalescing in June July as a result but the index finger lump was getting to be a pain.
He mentioned the Needle Aponeurotomy which is where a hypodermic needle is used to break up the Dupuytrens lump and then they manipulate the area of the lump to get rid of stiffness and improve any lack of movement range.  After signing the usual consent forms it only took about 25 minutes and i was done and walking back to the bus stop.
I got off near the old London Road Community Hospital which is being demolished
 I first spotted it through the trees and could see a small group of people ahead of me looking up at the old building
 As i approached them it soon became obvious what they were watching
 2 huge telescopic armed machines were hammering and pulling it to pieces, fascinating to watch, i remember years ago in Aldershot working on the demolition of old 3 or 4 storeys high married quarter buildings, we used Picks and Shovels! - - -

 the current XC weather chart shows rain up in Scotland and the rain falling In Ireland at the moment looks like it might be what is forecast for us this evening.  Its moving at 45mph our way so unless it veers off in a northerly direction we should get it later.
================================
this chart is the Metcheck hourly forecast for the day
not far from a double figure Temp this morning at 8.2c and a gentle breeze blowing just now
The weathercam is set to have this pic all day and if the forecast is right we are looking at a Max Temp of 9c windy conditions throughout but not much by way of rain before it gets dark
