The Brexit campaign gets another fillip this morning with the Express headline telling us migrants are "bleeding the NHS dry". The details of the banner headline about a "pension surprise" does not however please everyone. The chancellor's "savers bonus" doesn't have the desired effect but i guess at least its encouraging for people who make the effort.

TODAYS WEATHER
The Netweather rain radar is showing that anything South of a line from Plymouth to Colchester is getting a hammering from the tail end of Storm Imogen. The lakes have a little rain/snow depending on Elevation at present as does parts of Scotland . We appear to be free of any and when i looked out earlier the stars were in view

Yesterday we had the usual trip over to the local Aldi, splashing our way through the flooded roads to Chesterfield. The rain was once again particularly tiresome and the afternoon and evening saw it dump quite a bit with my weather machine recording almost 15mm.
Today's weather looks promising but i have to do a bit of work on the book with a couple of acquaintances before we might slip out for a late lunch. I'm hoping my hand settles down and allows some logging soon, weather permitting that is

this mornings Temp is low and there is just a hint of a frost on the cars right now
fantastic clear sky on the weathercam and hopefully the sun will have a pleasing effect when it gets going.
The forecast is a little confusing from Metcheck this morning the display showing 3 hour time slots has a possibility of rain anytime after 12:00 but the exploded 1 hour time slot picture is for no rain - - - lets go with that one! - - -
