I'm on my last shift today before the our holiday
although there appear to be a few clouds on the horizon for some colleagues. We had the dreaded labour/hours matching exercise last year and on Monday were told its happening again beginning "next week". Looking at it with a "jaundiced eye", did they get it wrong last time and if so why? Methinks it might just be a "thinning out" exercise under a very tawdry disguise - - - we shall see

i shall be spreading "real butter" on my toast this morning and asking Matron to pack a large wedge of Gouda into my Spiderman lunch box! lol - - -
cool stats again this morning and although wind is not indicated just now it feels very cold when it is
no frost this morning although the weathercam pic is giving nothing away due to the low light conditions
